This is a handcrafted doll, that stands approx 9″ high , he is moveable but does not stand on his own without assistance.
Because this is a custom item your items will look similar to the pictures, as not all hand painted items are the same.

This little guy took a lot of time to craft so make sure you love him before you buy him as there are no returns.

Combined shipping is available when purchasing multiple items from our shop and is calculated at checkout.

We can ship directly to the recipient as long as you have added the appropriate shipping address in the order.
When asked where to ship it …just place in the address you need it shipped to and the calculations should be tallied for you.
★ REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personalization of our items, we do not offer refunds & exchanges, including customers in the EU. For information, please reference our policies page.
If there is a problem with order in regards to post office,(tracking, insurance claim, handling, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to file any claims for damage, or lost packages.

In regards to damaged items or missing shipments or insurance.

We can only start the process though, it is the customers responsibility to keep all materials and return to post office should they need to see any items for reimbursements.
In regards to damaged insurance claims, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to return damaged item and ALL packaging to their post office when required. Since there are no returns there will not be return charges, however, keep all your packaging when dealing with post office claims, and any other pertinent information, so that you may get reimbursed as soon as possible from post office. please contact us so we may help with any issues or questions you may have with the post office or claims.
