Shipping Policy

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.

We ship via USPS. All shipments are sent out within 3-5 business days unless it is a custom item. They are processed at 7-10 business days unless otherwise notified (due to busy seasons)

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, orders will be shipped out to the shipping address provided.

I would also suggest when choosing your ship method, to purchase insurance not just for the high dollar items but so that the carrier ( ie: USPS, UPS, FED EX) holds some sort of accountability in regards to orders or on an item they are handling.

Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

We are not responsible for delivery errors made by USPS or any local delivery service, here in the USA or once it has gone international. Once the package is shipped or dropped off, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the order, and deal with customs. We have no way of handling any issue with international custom check ins.

Products purchased with a promotional code or during a sale are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Custom made products are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If a package is returned to us as “not claimed”, “unable to deliver”, “address invalid” or anything similar, we will not refund it. Buyer will have to pay for shipment again and we will ship it out as soon as we receive payment.

If there is a problem with order in regards to post office here in the USA (tracking, insurance claim, handling, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to file any claims for damage, or lost packages.

Should you need assistance in doing so, reach out and we will be happy to start the process for you.

In regards to damaged items or missing shipments or insurance, we can only help you start the process, it is the customers responsibility to keep all materials and return to post office should they need to see any items for reimbursements.

In regards to damaged insurance claims, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to return damaged item and ALL packaging to their post office when required. Since there are no returns there will not be return charges, however, keep all your packaging when dealing with post office claims, and any other pertinent information, so that you may get reimbursed as soon as possible from post office.

We do our best to describe the items that come to us from pre loved journey’s accurately. However, we are only human and as such, there are things that may be overlooked occasionally as we all make mistakes. Please look closely on ALL the pictures so you can see for yourself, item and its description.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Divine Designs. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Reach out to us if you have any questions.

Digital Items are not eligible for returns.

We also do our best to describe all our Vintage items from our finds. However we are human and sometimes, details can be overlooked, so that is why we try and photo as much as we can.

As with all our items these items are pre loved, so they are not in any way new, and may show wear and tear on them. That said, please make sure you do your part and look at ALL the pictures we have on the item.

If there is ANY doubt Please reach out so we may replace that doubt with assurance in that it is EXACTLY what you are wanting!

Return Policy Divine Designs

Return Period:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition,
  • and in the same packaging as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via the provided contact methods to start the return process.
  2. Approval and Return Label: After reviewing your return request, we will send an approval along with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Shipping the Product Back: Package the product securely and attach the provided shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you whether your return is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products that were NOT stated in the original listing . Contact us for an exchange request, and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is defective or damaged. In other cases, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Refunds & Exchanges on Laser Custom Orders

Due to the personalization of our items, both laser custom cut or unique vintage items  we do not offer refunds or returns on these items, including customers in the EU, unless there was an error on our part.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 HOURS without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, there has to be an error that was done on our end. If the order was made wrong we will correct and resend or refund.
