Vintage Goofy Glass 25th anniversary

This one is a 25th anniversary glass, that is either a frosted mug or just looks hazy from age. I can not tell which. So I will say it has wear and tear.
it is a great glass but I can not tell if it was meant to have the frost look on it or if it was to be clear and age has it to be cloudy in its display. Take a look at the pics and reach out and let us know your thoughts.
