This piece has been in a frame and the wood frame which is approx 8×8 is well worn.
Please see pics for description. The back to it is barely on and has at one point been taped. but just enough to keep the cardboard on the back from coming off separating the picture from frame.
It has been taken out though for the photo.
I am not sure if this is a photo or drawing as it is too close to both to really see with an untrained eye.

it is from the 1920’s as far as we can tell according to the time this became the ‘I.D.E.A’
