Israel Pottery, Vintage Urn, Sealed

This is a beautiful sealed black urn is from Israel.
It has the original wax seal on the top ,It also has the original scroll attached to it’s neck. Although it is in tattered condition, per pics

I do not know what the urn holds or what is on the scroll.
However, it does appear to be a souvenir and may be holy item as well
It is wonderful condition outside the noted scroll and approximately measures about 2 1/2″ x 5 1/4″.

The scroll definitely has its worn tattered attributes, and I am not sure of the age on this.
